n the era of social media, various newspapers and magazines are ordered in the school library from the viewpoint of knowledge and reading skills so that students can connect with reading skills and their reading skills can be improved.

These newspapers and magazines include Times of India, Nai Duniya, Dainik Bhaskar, Rajasthan Patrika, Rozgar aur Nirman, Biology Today, Chemistry Today, Maths Today, Physics for You Competition Success Review, Pratiyogita Darpan, Champak, India Today, Teacher Plus, National Geography Kids, Yojana, Science Refresher Readers Digest, Down to Earth, CSR GK etc.

Along with the traditional medium of publishing school news, newspaper, there are unique mediums of publishing news at school level as well. From time to time, newspaper is published by the library department every quarter, while CMP News Letter is published by the primary department every six months. In these, students display their art and get information about the events happening in the school at that time through news. Also, the main news and events of the school related to the whole year are published in the annual magazine. Last year, the class magazine was also organized once, in which the children have mentioned the events happening in the school along with their articles, poems, paintings etc. Admission related information, advertisements related to the appointment of contract teachers, quotations related to other departments etc. and reports and information about the programs happening from time to time are published in the city’s reputed newspapers Dainik Bhaskar, Nai Duniya, Patrika, Free Press etc.

Along with this, teachers’ poems, stories, other writings keep getting published in newspapers-magazines and Narakas magazine ‘Disha’.
