Academic Compensation Program (CALP)
As per the guidelines of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, academic loss of the students,who could not attend some classes regularly due to sports, scouts & guide NCC etc. must be compensated. P M Shree Kendriya Vidyalaya Dhar takes initiative to compensate the academic loss of such students.

For the students who had gone out, extra classes were organized in the last week of the same month when they returned to school, so that they could complete their missed syllabus. Teaching and learning was done in assembly time and during other non-teaching periods.
These students were helped out by providing notes and study material on ready reference.
There have been a number of activities throughout the year.
