Education is a process of change in behavior. The aim of education is not just to fill the brain of students with a host of facts and figures but to develop the personality of the individual to enable them to adapt to the changing physical and social environment. In this scenario, it is the duty of,”we teachers” to ensure desirable changes in the behavior of students and enrich them with knowledge and learning experiences by developing creative and critical thinking, the ability of experimentation, verification and drawing conclusion. The development of the nation is already embedded in process of building the personality of the next generation. Kendriya Vidyalaya, Dhar is not only alert for its aim and duty but is committed to achieve the goals of KVS and fulfill its vision. I feel happy to take the responsibility to lead my team and “as a team” to be a part of the mission of KVS.
