  3. Roles and Responsibilities

  (A) Convener

  • Preparation and approval of the annual CCA calendar.

  • Coordination of house-based activities.

  • Ensuring fair conduct of competitions.

  • Maintenance of House Points system.

  (B) Deputy Convener

  • Assisting in organizing activities.

  • Managing stage arrangements, schedule, and result records.

  • Preparation of activity reports.

  (C) House Masters

  • Guiding students of the respective houses.

  • Selection and training of students for competitions.

  • Ensuring discipline and participation at the house level.

  • Maintaining house-wise records of points.

  • Conducting house meetings as and when required.
